By registering an account with 3jlp Casino or by accessing any part of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the 3jlp platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 3jlp.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3jlp platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that you:
3jlp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each Player may hold only one registered account with 3jlp Casino. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlp login credentials. All activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, are your responsibility. 3jlp Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
You must notify 3jlp's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 3jlp may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
All account information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3jlp Casino accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 3jlp does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 3jlp accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is explicitly approved by 3jlp's finance team. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one business day.
3jlp reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete for the requesting account.
3jlp Casino offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds. 3jlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts permanently suspended.
All games available on the 3jlp platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game. In cases of ambiguity, the game provider's official rules shall take precedence. All Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in 3jlp's game library are independently certified for fairness and randomness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent statistical averages over large numbers of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
3jlp reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or third-party service failure has materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, any real-money stakes placed on affected rounds will be refunded to the Player's balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid.
Suspected collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of advantage play that violates the spirit of fair gaming will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds pending investigation.
Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 3jlp platform:
3jlp Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account dashboard. Self-exclusion is available for any period from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the 3jlp Casino platform — including but not limited to the 3jlp brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3jlp Casino or its licensed game providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 3jlp Casino.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlp Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. 3jlp's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jlp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations between the Player and 3jlp. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the applicable regulatory body, and thereafter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction.
3jlp Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
